kx33 Terms and Conditions
This document clearly sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the kx33 platform — please read carefully before using the service.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kx33 platform and all of its services. By accessing or registering on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms set out below. If you do not agree with any Term, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions and General Introduction

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

If a minor creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
One Account Rule

Providing Accurate Information

3. Account Management
Security and Password
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and do not share them with any third party. kx33 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Account Suspension or Closure
kx33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any of these Terms
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Suspected bonus abuse or collusion
- Creating a security risk
- Age or identity information proven to be false
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions. Contact support to request self-exclusion or to set responsible gaming limits.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at kx33:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital payment service of the postal department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500 for all methods.
Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are usually completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:
- Your account is fully verified
- The applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met
- The payment number registered for withdrawal is correct
Additional documents may be requested for security verification, which may affect processing time.
Transactions in Your Own Name
All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions through accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit. Activation at a later time is not possible.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposited amount.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other dishonest means of meeting bonus requirements. If such activity is detected, kx33 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and related winnings and to close the account.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Commitment
kx33 ensures fair play across all games. The platform's games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which produces impartial and verifiable results.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automation software, or any third-party tools to play games
- Placing bets through secret collusion with other players
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or network
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Harassment, threats, or disrespectful behaviour towards other users
- Using the platform under a false identity
If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and kx33 reserves the right to take legal action.
7. VIP Programme Terms
VIP Levels and Benefits
The kx33 VIP programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Promotion to a higher VIP level is based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.
VIP Benefit Conditions
Cashback and other VIP benefits are provided at kx33's discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
Ownership
All content on the kx33 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, interfaces, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kx33 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
User-Submitted Content
If you share any comments, reviews, or other content through kx33, you grant kx33 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to broadcast, display, and use that content.
9. Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
kx33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. kx33 is not liable for any such disruptions.
Wins and Losses
Online gambling and betting carry financial risk. You acknowledge that you are participating of your own free will and at your own risk. kx33 is not responsible for any losses or financial damages. Only bet what you can afford.
Technical Errors
Any winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or software failure in a game will not be considered valid. In such situations, kx33 will make its decision based on technical data.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Miscellaneous Terms
Changes to Terms
kx33 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Partial Invalidity
If any one provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be considered void. All remaining terms will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between kx33 and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions or commitments are replaced by these terms.
